a Historical Water Tower that was Reconstructed. The Architectural

panoramic views of Saddleback Mountains and Newport Coast. It has views
towards the ocean, but the ocean is blocked by palm trees. It also has a
two car garage. It is located in a quiet neighborhood the address is
514 California Street. It is about 4 blocks off Main Street, the
downtown area. It is an easy walk to the beach and downtown and pier area.
The house is fully furnished. All utilities are included in the price.
It is $3400 monthly. It would be available July 1 through August.
